Painting with leaves

This morning was so pretty and it felt so good outside. I just had to get Hadley outside and find something to do. I decided we would paint leaves. She loved this! This turned out to be a great lesson in going over her colors and sharing. Sharing? Yes, she asked if she could share white with me. I am all about anything that teaches sharing, as Hadley has an issue with that recently.

I'm trying to think of something fun we can go with them when they are dry. Any ideas?

Also, some pictures from the weekend.

Long time no post

Don't worry, we are still here. There just hasn't been anything new and too exciting going on to really blog about. I have majorly slacked on preschool lately, so I don't have any of those posts for you. We have been spending most of our time being lazy around the house. Going for runs, playing in the pool, and just being plain ol lazy on the couch.

When we do get out of the house we it's a real treat. We have made some really great friends that we see weekly and that has become the highlight of my week. I am so happy I finally found somebody and Hadley finally has somebody to play with. I am going to be really mad if we have to move.

A rare picture of all 4 kids together.
Hadley loves Krys' dog. This is very shocking because Hadley has always been scared of dogs.
Did I mention Krys has twins that I get to cuddle all the time? They are so precious!
Hadley and Jackson love each other, except that they fight sometimes because Hadley is bossy. They are like a little married couple.
And our guinea pigs are still alive!

I can't believe that Hadley's birthday is less than a month away. I haven't talked much about it because I think we are just going to have a little get together we her friends. We were going to go home and have her a party, but that didn't pan out. I am hoping to maybe go home in October and around that time I should find out where we are moving. It's down to here or Washington. We are really hoping to stay here. Cross your fingers for us!
