My mom sent Hadley new jammies from Carters. I think she likes them.

Dude, my back hurts.

When Hadley was small I loved to baby wear. It saved my life so many times, especially when flying alone with her. I had a Moby, which didn't get much use, and a sling. I bought a crap sling that I spent $10 on that worked great until she was about 5 months old.

Now, after moving into our new apartment I come across the Infantino that my MIL gave me when I was pregnant. For some reason I could never really figure it out until today. I put Hadley in it to go check the mail and my freakin back is now killing me. She was only in it for about 10 minutes. I don't suggest buying one. I wish I had bought an Ergo!

9 month stats.

Well, today was Hadley's 9 month well baby and she weighs 16.8 lbs and 27 inches long. She is in the 14% for weight and 22% for height. She is still a peanut, but the pedi said she was perfect. That's really all to report right now.

Hadley is 9 months old!

So, I am a few days late...but that's nothing new. Nobody reads this damn blog anyways.

Ok, my precious baby girl turned 9 months on the 14th, and I can't believe how big she has gotten! I look back on her newborn pictures and she looks nothing like she does now. It truly is amazing. She is becoming such a smart and beautiful little girl. It's not all puppies and rainbows though. This kid is going through a major sleep regression and we are just not used to that in our home. She usually sleeps 12+ hours at night and now I am struggling to get her to stay asleep and she is waking up in the middle of the night for no reason. No fun!

Here are some things Hadley is up to now.

* She is now pulling up on everything!

* She crawls all over the apartment, and she is FAST! She can find me in no time..it's amazing.

* She is still eating a lot of purees, but I am trying my best to give her more table food. We have had some choking so I'm a little freaked out by food right now.

* She is saying "mama" and "bye bye" all.the.time. I am trying to get her to say "dada" now.

* She is still a pretty whiney baby and she only has 2 teeth, so I'm not sure if she is teething or not. Hard to tell when your baby is always whiney.

* Like I said, we are going through major sleep regression.Maybe she is going through a growth spurt?

Her 9 month check up is Monday so I will update then with her weight and stuff! I am guessing she is 17 lbs. I hope she hasn't lost any weight. She is very active though.

Pool day!!

We FINALLY got to go swimming yesterday! The pool has been closed for like 6 weeks and we have not had temperatures under 90 degrees, so I was very excited to take Hadley to the pool! It was still so very hot, but so nice to finally get out of the house and get Hadley in the water. The kid loves the water!

I just can't believe how much she is growing! I just stare in her at awe sometimes. She is becoming such a beautiful little girl and is so amazing and smart to me! She turns 9 months tomorrow, so I will try to remember to make a seperate post for that tomorrow or Wednesday. Her 9 month check up is next Monday. I am curious to see how much she weighs and how tall she is.

In other news I am a busy mama trying to pack up this apartment by myself...with a 9 month old. Lord help me. Not an easy task. We move apartments on the 22nd, so I still have awhile to get my stuff together. Wish me luck!



I'm a slacker yo.

I can't believe I have let this blog go so long without updating! But, I know it doesn't really get read unless I have a bunch of dirty lurkers! Come out, come out wherever you are.

Well, Adam's mom was here for a week and she is gone by home. We have been tight on money around here since our rent was raised $300, so we pretty much just stayed around the house. We took Kim out for her birthday and went to the outlet mall one day, where Kim bought Hadley some new clothes. She is almost in 12 months clothes! I can't handle the growing up! It makes me so sad! Just this weekend she started pulling up..and falling down. She has been crawling for awhile, but man she is so fast! She crawls all over this apartment, I don't get to sit down and chill much anymore.

We are going to be moving apartment's on the 22nd and I dread it. We aren't going far, but I still dread packing up this whole apartment with a crawling baby that I have to watch like a hawk. I am getting boxes today and am going to start packing up slowly everyday.

Hadley turns 9 months on the 14th and we will be taking her to her well baby sometime around then. I need to call and make the appointment. I am curious to see how much she weighs. I am guessing only about 17 lbs. Little peanut! Well, here are some pictures that were taken while Adam's mom was here.
